One morning, a trail of berries led out of the glen and into the margins. Strawclops followed it slowly, stopping to share every third berry with a stranger. By nightfall it had gathered a collection of unlikely friends. Draft fictional lore; the artwork remains Mattea’s original design.

Strawclops
In the Berry Glen, Strawclops collects the things everyone else walks past: a button, a crooked leaf, the last sun-warm berry. Its enormous eye is excellent at finding small treasures. Its leafy crown is less excellent at staying tidy.
