What is Creep Run?

Creep Run is an endless runner through twikoi's garden. Your creature runs on its own; you jump, double jump and duck. Her ants march along the ground, her potted plants sit in the way, and her bees and butterflies swoop in at head height.

Collect hearts as you go and spend them to unlock new runners. There are 12 in all, and the last four are creatures she has tees of.

Your first run is guided: the world slows down until you make the right move, so you learn jumping, pots and ducking without any pressure.

How to play

Tap (or press Space / ↑) to jump. Tap again in the air for a double jump.
Land on an ant to stomp it: a bounce and a bonus heart.
Jump over the potted plants.
Swipe down (or press ↓, or tap the duck button) to duck under flying bugs.
Grab hearts. Clear obstacles in a row for a streak: hearts count ×2, then ×3.

Features

12 runners, all her creatures with legs. Two are free; the rest unlock with hearts.
Three power-ups made of her motifs: the heart shield, the strawberry magnet and the star that doubles hearts.
Four places that change every 200 m: Sunny path, Strawberry patch, Moonlit garden and Mint orbit.
Streaks: ×2 hearts at 10 in a row, ×3 at 25.
Hit-stop and a tumble when you trip, then a clear end screen.
Creatures on the hills cheer you on, and the end screen links to them on her site.

Modes, levels and unlocks

Run!: Endless running with your chosen runner. Your best distance is kept.
Daily run: A seeded course for everyone that day, with a result to share.
Medals: Medals at 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 metres.

Tips

Stomping ants is worth it: it bounces you up and adds a heart.
Do not double jump too early. Save it for when you misjudge a pot.
After 150 m, a bug often comes right after a ground obstacle. Land, then get ready to duck.
Keep the streak going for the ×3 hearts. It unlocks runners much faster.

Creep Run is for anyone who likes endless runners and simple controls: jump, double jump, duck. It is perfect for phones and short breaks, and the guided first run means nobody gets stuck in the first ten seconds.

The runners give you something to work toward, and the last four are among her best-known creatures. The changing scenery also shows off a lot of her little drawings, from planets and stars to strawberries and pots.
