What is Creep Sweeper?
Creep Sweeper is a free logic puzzle made from twikoi's drawings. Ant nests hide under the tiles of her garden. Dig a tile and it shows a number: how many nests touch it, corners included.
Use the numbers to work out where the nests are, plant one of her strawberries on each, and dig up every safe tile. Every board is checked before you see it, so it can always be solved by thinking. You never have to guess.
When the last safe tile is dug, the garden peels away and shows one of her 22 pictures. Collect them all in your garden book, on every size of garden.
How to play
- Tap a tile to dig it. Your first dig is always safe and opens a patch of the garden.
- Read the numbers. Each one counts the nests touching that tile, corners too. A blank tile has none, and opens its neighbours by itself.
- Plant a strawberry on a tile you know is a nest: hold your finger on it, or switch to Plant and tap. On a computer, right-click.
- Tap a number that already has all its strawberries to dig every other tile around it at once.
- Stuck? The hint button shows the next step and which numbers prove it. A board with hints still gives its picture, just no medal.
- On a computer you can also use the arrow keys, Space to dig, F to plant and H for a hint. On a phone, pinch or tap Zoom on the big gardens.
Features
- No-guess boards: every garden is solved by a computer, using only logic, before you see it.
- Four garden sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Huge (99 nests), each opening the next.
- Her 22 pictures to reveal and collect, with a frame for every size you clear them on.
- Time medals for boards cleared with no help, best times and a clean-board streak.
- Her creatures come to watch each board: they turn to look at your digs, hop at big openings and jump back when the ants wake up.
- Her fruit drawings to plant instead of strawberries, opening as you clear more gardens.
- A gentle tutorial you play, not read, and a hint that explains its reasoning.
- A daily board that is the same for everyone, with a result to share and a days-in-a-row count.
Modes, levels and unlocks
- Gardens
- Small, Medium, Large and Huge boards. Clear one to reveal a picture and chase a medal time.
- Daily board
- One Medium garden a day, the same for everyone, starting from the same glowing tile. Beat the clock and share your medal.
- Tutorial
- A tiny garden that teaches digging, planting and tapping numbers, one step at a time.
Tips
- A 1 that touches only one hidden tile always has its nest there.
- When a number already touches as many strawberries as it says, every other tile around it is safe: tap the number.
- Look at two numbers side by side: the tiles they share often decide everything.
- Near the end, count the nests left. If one number needs all of them, every other hidden tile is safe.
- Dug a nest? Take it back and keep going, or try the same board again from its glowing tile.
