What is Creep Tiles?

Creep Tiles is a free, calm tile-matching puzzle made entirely from twikoi's drawings. Tiles are stacked in layers, and every tile carries one of her creatures or little drawings. Tap two matching free tiles to clear them, until the table is empty.

Each drawing comes in fours, and twins also wear the same small corner mark (a colour and a shape), so you can find them at a glance on a phone.

There are 132 levels in 22 chapters. Each chapter has one of her creatures as its host, uncovers one of her 22 pictures and ends in a table shaped like its host. There is also Triple tiles, a different way to play with a tray of seven, and a daily table that is the same for everyone.

How to play

Tap a bright tile, then tap its twin (the same drawing). The pair flies together and pops.
A tile is free when nothing sits on it and its left or right side is open. Free tiles are bright; blocked tiles are faded. Tap a blocked tile to see what is in the way.
Each drawing comes in fours, so you often choose which pair to take. Take the one that frees more tiles.
Undo is free. Stars: ★ for a clear, ★★ without hints or shuffles, ★★★ without any undo.
Triple tiles: tap any tile with nothing on top to send it to the tray. Three alike clear. Keep the 7 slots from filling up.
Stuck? A hint shows a good move and a shuffle mixes the tiles that are left into a new deal that can still be cleared. You earn both by playing, never with money.

Modes, levels and unlocks

The level path: 132 tables in 22 chapters. Each level unlocks the next, earns up to three stars and peels the paper off part of her picture.
Triple tiles: 48 levels in six sets: tap tiles into a tray of seven and clear them three at a time. Finishing a set opens a new tile colour.
Daily table: One bigger table a day, the same for everyone, with a twist on some days. No hints or shuffles: medals depend on how few undos you need.
Short lessons: Your first tables teach free and blocked tiles, choosing the right pair and undo by doing them. Triple tiles has its own quick lesson.

Tips

Clear tiles that sit on tall stacks first: they hide the most.
When three twins are free, pick the pair that frees the fourth.
Long rows open from their ends, so work them from both sides.
Undo is free. It only costs the third star.
In Triple tiles, keep at least three tray slots free.
