The supported relief studio · source-art prototypes
The original beetle, a continuous keychain plaque and a small tabletop token. Its limbs and antennae have a backing to rest on.

Digital keychain render. Appearance, nozzle and physical testing pending.
47.37 × 56.60 × 4.60 mm overall.
4 mm continuous backing · 0.6 mm raised ink · 5 mm ring opening.
25.00 × 25.00 × 3.60 mm overall.
3 mm continuous backing · 0.6 mm raised ink · nominal 25 mm base.
The plaque spans every leg and both antennae; the token has a continuous circular base. Both are shallow reliefs and rigid game collectible props. They have no rig or new volumetric body reconstruction. The existing four inferred beetle versions remain separate.
Ink is raised 0.6 mm. Model lines widen by 0.18 mm on the keychain and 0.20 mm on the token. Some tiny gaps close: the ink regions have 80 holes before widening, 76 on the keychain and 22 on the token. Small photographic texture is simplified, especially at tabletop scale. The native drawing and foreground texture RGB remain unchanged.
The front-facing game surfaces use the original pixels. The reverse and sides use neutral material. The colored appearances are digital projections; a single-material filament print would show the neutral relief geometry.
Calibrated RTX 3090 rays checked 512 vertical columns across the two actual STL files; independent CPU rays matched. The keychain backing measured 4 mm, with 4.6 mm at raised ink. The token measured 3 mm, with 3.6 mm at ink. Five exported ring sections preserve the 5 mm opening.
These are sampled vertical-depth checks, not a full line/gap-width, attachment-stress or printability certificate. Actual nozzle/material, sliced layers, ring fit, pull/drop strength, artist likeness and supervised physical samples remain pending.

Compare actual raised-ink sections at three explicit extrusion-width assumptions. Geometry stays unchanged; sliced layers and physical tests are pending.
