What is Creep Climb?

Creep Climb is a jump-and-run game in the style of the classics, made entirely from twikoi's drawings. You play as one of her creatures and climb through her garden, down into the Ink Caves and up into the Night Sky.

The controls are tight and forgiving: a little extra time to jump after you run off a ledge, jumps that remember a press made just too early, and a hold-to-jump-higher button. Walls can be bounced off, springs throw you high, cookies crumble under your feet and moving planks carry you over the thorns.

Every level hides a lost creature. Touch it and it hops along behind you to the goal, and from then on you can play as it. At the end of each world a giant creature chases you, and you have to run.

How to play

On a phone, hold ◀ ▶ on the move pad and tap the big JUMP button. On a computer, use the arrow keys or A D and Space or Z.
Hold jump to jump higher, tap it for a short hop. Jump at a wall and jump again to bounce off it.
From world 2 you can DASH (the DASH button, or X / Shift). Hold a direction to aim it, even straight up.
Touch the striped pots to save your spot, grab the hearts, find the lost creature, and jump into the spiral to finish.

Modes, levels and unlocks

Adventure: Thirty levels from the garden to the stars, opening one after another. It saves as you go, even in the middle of a level.
Daily remix: Every day one level comes back turned around and in a different world. Same remix for everyone: share your time.
Medals and hearts: Go back for every heart, every lost creature, and a faster time on each level.

Tips

You can still jump for a moment after running off a ledge. Use it.
Hold jump as you land on an ant and you bounce extra high: some hearts are only reachable that way.
Your dash comes back when you land, so dash, land, and dash again.
Stuck? Press R (or pause and restart) to go back to the last pot.
