Creep Golf

What is Creep Golf?

Creep Golf is physics mini golf on felt greens, with obstacles made of twikoi's drawings. Her creatures spin the windmills, nap right in your way and ride the sliding gates; her hearts and planets are bumpers; her spirals are portals.

There are three courses of nine holes: the Garden Green, the Ink Swamp and the bonus Starry Night, which opens with stars. Every hole has a par, and you earn up to three stars on each.

You can play alone, pass one phone around with up to four players, or play a friend online on two phones with a four-letter room code.

How to play

1. Drag back from anywhere on the screen, like a slingshot. The dots show where the ball goes until its first bounce.
2. Let go to putt. The further you pull, the harder you hit. On a computer: ← → to aim, ↑ ↓ for power, Space to putt.
3. Get the ball in the cup. Par gives 2 stars, under par gives 3.
4. Water costs a stroke and you play again from where you hit. Sand slows the ball right down. Arrows on the green push it.
5. Roll into a spiral to come out of the other one. Time your putt past the windmill, the ants and the sleepy creatures.
6. Play with friends: pass one phone, or make a room and give your friend the code.

Modes, levels and unlocks

Courses

Play all nine holes of a course for a round score and medals, or practise any single hole.

Daily hole

The same hole for everyone each day, sometimes mirrored or sped up, with a result to share.

Play with friends

Pass and play on one phone, or play online on two phones with a room code. Rematch keeps the room.

Tips

• Watch the windmill for a turn before you putt, then go just after a blade passes.
• A soft putt that stops near the cup beats a hard one that bounces off the back wall.
• Hearts and planets kick the ball back harder than it came in: use them for bank shots.
• On sliding gates, aim at the side the gate is leaving, not where it is now.

Creep Golf is for anyone who likes a calm but tricky little game: each hole takes a minute, and there is always one more star to get. The first course teaches everything one thing at a time.

It is also a game to play together. Pass the phone around at the table, or send a friend the room code and play from two phones, seeing each other's putts live.
