What is Creep Metro?
Creep Metro is a free, calm transit-line puzzle made with twikoi's art. Her creatures stand at the stations of a sketchbook city, each behind a plain shape sign: circle, triangle, square, and rare stars, hearts, moons and drops.
Riders queue at the stations, each showing the shape they want to reach. Draw ink lines between stations and trams carry them there. The city keeps growing, so you keep reshaping your lines.
If a station holds too many riders for too long, its warning ring fills and the run ends. How many riders can you deliver?
How to play
- Drag from one station to another to draw a line. Each line gets a tram.
- Drag a line's round end tab onto a station to add it, back onto the line to take the last stop off, or onto the first stop to make a loop.
- Drag the middle of a line onto a station to pass through it. Lines over water use a bridge.
- Tap a line's chip to add or remove trams, hook on a wagon, open a loop or remove the line.
- Every week brings a new tram and a gift you pick: a new line, a wagon, two bridges or a hub.
- Riders take the fewest stops to their shape. Changing lines counts as two extra stops.
Features
- Six cities with their own rivers and ponds, from calm Inkwell Park to busy Bone Bay.
- Seven station shapes that you can tell apart without colour, with her creatures standing behind them.
- Weekly gifts: new lines, wagons, bridges and hubs. Loops, shared stations and changing lines.
- A lesson you play, pause and double speed, and a calm mode that never ends.
- Phone first: drag lines with your thumb, generous snapping, a hint above your finger saying what will happen, and pinch to zoom into a busy city.
- A daily city, the same for everyone, with medals and a result to share.
Modes, levels and unlocks
- The cities
- Six cities. A bronze medal in one opens the next. Medals for how many riders you deliver.
- Calm mode
- Any open city, with no station ever getting too full. Play as long as you like.
- Daily city
- One city a day, the same for everyone, with medals and a result to share.
Tips
- Give each line a mix of shapes, so riders can get where they want without changing.
- Loops keep trams busy: drag an end tab onto the first stop of the line.
- A new line is often worth more than another tram on a crowded line.
- Put a hub on a rare station: lots of riders want to go there.
- Pause any time to rethink your lines. Edits work while paused.
